I am currently floating around the globe eagerly appeasing my appetite for new and inspiring food.  My journey takes me on a 10 month trip through the Indian Subcontinent, South East Asia and South America. At home I can be found in the kitchen stuffing sausages, baking bread, making chutney or just eating cheese and crackers. My favorite thing to eat is smoked mackerel pate generously piled onto a fresh chunk of sour dough.

    Great idea and a great site, you’ve put a lot of work into it already. It’s easy to see how passionate you are about the subject. Super photos too! Hmmm… travelling the world, sampling all the international cuisine, taking all those great photos… it’s a tough life but I suppose it was worth the sacrifices, eh?

    • Thanks for the kind words. Yes, you are totally right about this being a complete sacrifice. You should have seen my struggle the other day, I literally couldn’t finish my 400g Argentinian steak and bottle of Malbec. Selfless commitment I tell you!
